- GENERAL PROVISIONS
This site is owned by Profiest Distribution SRL. By placing an online order, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of products and/or the provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) presented below.
The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Profiest Distribution SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the customer and the seller is established based on Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obligated to monitor these changes.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed solely for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

- ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Online payment is made with maximum security using the payment card as the payment instrument, allowing for online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.

Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase. To make a payment, you will need to enter your credit card details. 4. PRODUCT DELIVERY
The Seller will make every effort to comply with the delivery conditions specified on the website; however, there may be possible delays in delivery that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather conditions, public holidays) and are not the Seller’s fault.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer from the moment they receive the product.
The transportation cost is calculated individually for each order, based on the delivery area and weight of the package and is shown at checkout.
We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.
5. RIGHT TO RETURN
According to Law no. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return the purchased product/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of package receipt. The funds will be returned to the card from which the purchase was made.
Returns of used products or those subjected to unauthorized interventions, as well as products showing signs of usage, scratches, chips, or products with missing package and/or accessories will not be accepted.
Products that have been personalized at the consumer’s request cannot be returned.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith and in accordance with the law. The processing of personal data is carried out through mixed means (automated and manual) in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects.
The service provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used exclusively for website administration, to provide special access to information, for order delivery, or to contact the consumer for the purpose of delivery execution.
