Order processing time

At Weddline, we prioritize prompt delivery to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. Most standard orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of the order submission, with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders are processed within 5-7 business days. If you opt for priority shipping, please note that priority shipping only applies to the transit time, and production time cannot be expedited.

During peak periods with a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays in shipment. If this occurs, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone. Rest assured, we do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

Delivery time and cost

The shipping price is calculated at checkout. It depends on the country and weight of the package.

Once your package leaves our studio, you can expect the following transit times for delivery (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):

Standard Shipping12-15 business days.

Expedite Shipping: up to 5 business days.

Tracking information

We will send you an email on the day your order is shipped, including tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note that while we guarantee that packages are handed over to the shipping transit service, we do not take responsibility for the final delivery to your location. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Weddline ships to all the addresses worldwide including the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia. However, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products, we kindly ask all customers to provide a physical address.

Weddline is not responsible for any customs and/or import fees applicable in your country.
